Passionate, enthusiastic and innovative staff make a fun team!

Our staff were employed because they are passionate about young people and the contribution they make to our families, friends, schools, work places and communities. They are all individuals, with their own backgrounds, training, qualifications, style of working and collectively they provide 'wrap-around packages' of care for our clients.

We emphasise and support workforce development; including supervision and on-going training which is both informal and formal. Our staff are all members of the professional body of their discipline, which includes competency and insurance cover.

We encourage self-care and a lot of fun which is really important in having a happy and healthy team and providing a safe environment for young people and their families to be.
