You can complete a free health check-in (triage) online to get guidance about your symptoms and what to do next.


If you want to talk to a healthcare professional, you can choose to book a same day online or phone appointment with a Practice Plus prescriber (for treatment and prescriptions). There is a fee for the consultation, which you'll pay yourself.


It's a simple way to get health advice, ask questions, and access care when we are not open


How it works

  2. Complete the free triage
  3. Get guidance on your options
  4. Book a consultation if you need one
  5. Pay the consultation fee directly to Practice Plus - Virtual GP and Telehealth Pricing | Practice Plus
  6. Practice Plus will provide YOSS with a summary of the consultation with your consent and we will add it to your file (if you are an enrolled with YOSS)

Practice Plus is available from 8.30am, seven days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
